Haynes Barley Charity

Codicote Parish Council has been asked to post the following concerning the Haynes Barley Charity: –

“My name is Richard Carter and I am the Chairman of the Haynes Barlee Charity based in Clavering.

A small donation is made each year to an apprentice, trainee or student in one of 6 parishes of which Codicote is one. It is Codicote’s turn in 2026. The donation is £10 and the closing date for enquiries is June 2026.

Please would it be possible for your PC to identify a young person in your parish who may benefit from such a small donation .
